What are the registration charges for RIE 2024?
The current registration charges excluding GST for South Asia Members are as follows:

- Member - INR 1,90,000
- Spouse or Life Partner - INR 1,15,000

The current registration charges for EO members outside South Asia Members are as follows:
- Member - US$2399
- Spouse - US$1499
Please note that these prices are for a certain number of tickets in this slab and are subject to increase in future.
What is the last date of registration?

The registration is open until seats are available.
What does my registration fee include?
Registration charges include:
- Key note events
- Deep Dive Learning events
- All Socials
- All meals & drinks.
- All Transfers
The charge doesn’t include
- Airfare
- Visa fee
- Accommodation cost
- MyEO Events
- Any Retreats pre or post RIE.
What is the cancellation/transfer policy?

Registration once made is non-cancellable.

However, in any eventuality, registrations can be transferred to another member within one’s chapter until 120 days before the event (i.e. 11 September 2023). It will be the member’s responsibility to inform RIE 2024 Registration Team of the transfer at rie@eokolkata.org

Any difference in registration fee is also to be paid within the timeline mentioned above.
What happens if I don't get Indian Visa?

We urge all members who are coming to India to apply for the visa well in advance (at most by 1 August 2023). In any case, if you are unable to obtain Indian Visa till the last date of travel, we shall gladly refund you the full registration fee, provided you have shared the proof that the visa was applied for timely, and, not last moment.
Can I use my New Member Event Voucher for discount?

Yes, any new member who has a valid Discount Voucher is eligible to redeem the same.
Which is the venue for the event?

When can I reserve the room at the venue?

Hotel bookings are live so please book your stay. You can choose to book either ITC Royal (the host hotel) using the link https://bit.ly/ITCRoyal
or ITC Sonar (internally connected hotel where prices may be slightly lower) using the link https://bit.ly/HotelITCSonar

Visitors to India must obtain a visa unless they come from one of the visa-exempt countries. Nationals of certain countries may obtain a visa on arrival or an e-Visa online.

An applicant for a visa shall have to submit an application on the on-line system in the standard visa application form. For this purpose, the applicants may log on to https://indianvisaonline.gov.in. The applicant should be present within the jurisdiction of the Indian Mission/ Post concerned at the time of making an application and grant of visa.

Period of validity of passport and visa Passport should have at least six months validity at the time of making application for grant of visa. It should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer. The validity of all visas will commence from the date of issue of visa.

We recommend that you apply for tourist visa for ease of application process.

You need to pay the full registration fee on the website to confirm your seat while registering.

You can only pay using a valid credit or debit card and you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration

How do I register for Break Out / Deep Dive Learning Sessions?

Learning sessions as well as links to register for Break Out sessions are live on the website and Jump App.
Each Breakout will be closed once the maximum number is reached. There is no additional cost to attend the Break Out session. It is included in your RIE registration fee.
Can I change my Break Out / Deep Dive Learning track?

This is subject to availability. All such requests should be made by email on or before 11 October 2023 (90 days from the start of RIE 2024)
What is the cancellation policy for Break Out / Deep Dive Learning registration?

Though there is no cancellation charge, we request any Break Out / Deep Dive Learning registration BE CANCELLED on or before 11 October 2023 (90 days from the start of RIE 2024) so that those on waitlist be timely accommodated.
I want to register for any Pre / Post RIE Retreat. Where can I get the details?

Link to details of Retreat as well as to register for Retreat will soon be soon available on the website. Retreat payments are separate from the RIE registration fee.
Can I change my Retreat at a later stage?

Any change to the Retreat is subject to availability.
How do I register for MyEO / Off-Sites events?

Link to details of MyEO / Off-Sites as well as to register for MyEO / Off-Sites will soon be soon available on the website. MyEO / Off-site payments are separate from the RIE registration fee.
Can I change my MyEO / Off-Sites track at a later stage?

This is subject to availability. All such requests should be made by email on or before 30 November 2023
What is the cancellation policy for MyEO / Off-Sites registration?

All MyEO / Off-Sites registrations are non-refundable.
Will I be staying at the same hotel where RIE 2024 is scheduled to happen?

The main event of RIE is at ITC Royal, Kolkata. We have also tied up with ITC Sonar, Kolkata, both these hotels are next to each other. Each hotel has a certain number of rooms blocked for the event. Details of the venue as well as the booking link at pre-negotiated rates will soon be available on the website.
How will I get updates on events?

Closer to the event dates, you will receive updates on your registered email address with more information on room reservations, MyEO registrations, Break Out / Deep Dive Learning registration, speakers, socials, learning events, etc.
